Supreme Save The Date
When the Supreme Court finally agreed to hear the case for marriage equality, the conversation quickly became about politicsrather than the actual LGBTQ people who were waiting to get married. We created Supreme Save The Date — an online tool that allowed same-sex couples to customize and send actual wedding save the date invites for their upcoming weddings to the Supreme Court Justices. THE GOAL: Show the justices just how many real people’s lives would be affected by their marriage equality decision.
AdAge called Supreme Save The Date, “One of our favorite do-good campaigns of the year" in their annual A-List Creativity Innovators of the Year feature and was included in IPG's Diversity and Inclusion awards.

We created this video staring Tie The Knot founder Jesse Tyler Ferguson. It landed on the front page of Funny Or Die. For a week. It got a ton of attention.
On April 28, the day of the marriage equality hearings, street teams handed out bow ties and collected hand written wedding invites. Two of the Plaintiffs from Kentucky even created and invite. We created print ads, social posts and had Jesse Tyler Ferguson do a Reddit AMA. Jessi even appeared on the Tonight Show to Raise awareness, where he wore the "Supreme Save The Date" bowtie that was sold in conjunction with the campaign.
