PROJECT: SMASH THE RAINBOW
Skittles has a proud history of great 30-second spots. So, when we had the privilege of working on the brand, it was
important for us to evolve the work and do more than just a spot. Using free annotation tools provided by YouTube
we were able to let users control what Tommy got to break in his Grandma's house.
The TV commercial won a Cannes Lion in the Film Category and was a Webby Nominee. The interactive YouTube
video was also a Webby Honoree and got covered by Mashable, Ad Age and was in the Creativity Top 5 during the
week of Cannes.
